Attendance and Payment Policy
Lessons at the Minuteman Music Center, LLC, represent a standing weekly appointment.
In fairness to the teachers and the students, the following is our attendance and payment policy.
During the first week of every month payment should be made for the anticipated number of lessons for that month (usually four or five). In consideration of generally busy and often changing schedules we will try to accommodate your changes as we hope you will try to accommodate ours. Please let us know as far in advance as possible either by phone or in person if you anticipate missing a lesson.
Twenty-four hours in advance is our cut-off point. If you need to cancel a lesson in under twenty-four hours, you will be charged for that lesson. It is possible to reschedule a lesson at the sole discretion and availability of our teachers.
